Perfect Moments

It was about 4am in the morning, we sat with blankets wrapped around us as it was really freezing, someone was playing a guitar, the five of us were singing and talking between songs.

Then Rebecca said 'OK, now I want to ask everyone to consider their 'Perfect Moments,' in life and if you have the guts - share them with the group. She started by sharing hers - which inspired the group to open up and share a story of when they were most happy. A couple of tears came out as well as the group shared these happy times.

Our 'Perfect Moments Circle,' as Bec described it is something that made the experience very special, as we we not only recounted happy times, but shared our stories with people who knew us and cared about us.

Bec is an amazing person, she goes to a 'Laughter Group,' which is apparently a therapeutic experience. She got us doing different laughs - it was incredible how many different kinds of laughs that girl can do... it was a crazy night.

Over the course of Life Coaching with me I will ask you to share a story of one of your 'Perfect Moments.' Life Coaching is after all - about creating more perfect moments in our lives.
